ENRANGE Flex EX Remotes

The Enrange Flex EX Series of pre-packaged systems provides a standard cost effective solution to the restrictive use of hard-wired cabling.

They are used for controlling remotely operated overhead bridge crane remote controls, mobile hydraulic equipment, and other industrial machinery safely and effectively. These value packed systems are standard, complete systems that are available in several hand-held versions. The basic system comes complete with the following items: (2) hand-held remote transmitters, (1) pre-wired receiver unit with six feet of cable, operator’s user manual, carrying straps and vinyl slip covers.

The systems come in 4, 8 and 12 button styles to meet all your applications. Indoor or outdoor, the IP66 rated receiver enclosure can provide you the confidence and protection in the harshest environments.

Magnetek Flex 4EX Series Benefits

The Flex 4EX series remote control is the smallest hand-held controller for our Flex EX line. It is a small rugged unit used for material handling, mobile hydraulic, and industrial applications. The unit can be used for indoor or outdoor applications. The small transmitter size is durable with four buttons that are large enough for gloved operators. The buttons can be field setup to be either momentary or maintained functions. The additional features include a latching E-stop switch and removable key switch.

Enrange Flex 8EX Benefits

The Flex 8EX series remote control is the mid-size hand-held controller for our Flex EX line. It is a rugged unit used for material handling, overhead crane, hydraulic, and industrial applications. The unit can be used for indoor or outdoor applications. The transmitter is durable with eight buttons that are large enough for gloved operators. The buttons can be field setup to be either momentary or maintained functions. The additional features include a latching E-stop switch and removable key switch.

Magnetek Flex-AB Multi-Hoist Radio

The Flex A/B radio systems allow for operation of two hoist at the same time or each hoist separately. The systems come in both 3 motion and 5 motion so you could also control an Aux hoist. This is a pre-engineered offering, making it extremely competitive in the marketplace.

Enrange Flex Tandem Packages

The Flex-2T package give the customer four transmitters. One transmitter is dedicated to Crane A, one transmitter is dedicated to Crane B, and two transmitters have the ability to control both. The goal is to keep the transmitter that controls both cranes in the hands of a supervisor or maintenance technician. This will prevent the accidental control of a crane that the operator didn’t intend to move.

Radio Drive Serial Interface (RDSI) Option
The RDSI module is designed to communicate via a serial interface to directly control Magnetek's IMPULSE®•G+ Series 4 and VG+ Series 4, IMPULSE®•G+ Series 3 and VG+ Series 3 and IMPULSE®•G+ Mini Adjustable Frequency Crane Controls (consult factory for compatibility if you have an existing RDSI setup with a Series 2 drive). RDSI provides users with diagnostic and troubleshooting information on the ground so there is no need to get up on the crane.
