Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on any products offered on this website is only for the Continental United States. Please contact Ergonomic Partners for any shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii as additional charges will apply.

Products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point with freight costs and handling fees pre-paid by Ergonomic Partners and charged to the customer. C.O.D. shipments are not permitted. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the customer. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

It is customer’s responsibility to inspect and note damage to product with the shipping company prior to accepting any shipment. This should be done by providing driver with signed documentation noting the damage.

Shipping Options
  • Most lightweight (under 100 lbs) standard products ship via UPS.
  • Most heavy items (over 100 lbs) ship via FedEx Freight.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of most items.
  • Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii – Please contact Ergonomic Partners for a shipping quote.
