Dyna-Lift System Kits from 250 to 1,500 pounds

• Quickly convert a fixed height industrial machine, table or workbench to adjustable height; providing ergonomic workstations for worker safety and comfort.
• Choose from 1 to 6 Leg Systems with 0 to 16 inch height adjustment ranges; shipped fully charged ready to install. (Mounting hardware not included.)
• 250 or 375 pound capacity per leg on 4-post systems, 750 pound max capacity on 3-leg systems.
• 1,000 pound capacity on 4, 5 or 6-leg systems, 1,500 pound capacity available on 4-leg systems only.
• Smooth quiet manual or electric operation. Manual requires 5 handle rotations per inch of lift. Electric 17.4 inches per minute.
• Flexible Tubing Lengths: (2) @ 60 in., (2) @ 96 in. standard -custom lengths up to 120 inches (3/16 in. OD with 1 in. minimum bend radius, 0.39 in. wall thickness).
• No reservoir. Fluid is maintained in the pump and piston areas. System pressure is 625 psi nominal -2,500 psi burst/max.
• Uses colorless, odorless, non-staining, non-toxic hydraulic fluid. See MSDS: Molykote L-0532FG Multi-Purpose Light Oil.
• Manual 1,000 pound capacity kits have a fold-away handle, 1,500 pound manual systems have a non-retractable T-Handle, electric kits have a 12VDC, 30mA rocker switch with 81 inches of control cord.
• Powder coated finish on pump and D-housing; exposed actuator rod-ends are steel with zinc plating.
• Custom options available such as: Locking Casters, Programmable Switch, and Stainless Steel rod ends or footings.
• Standard Electric Motor (1,000 lbs. capacity kits): 115VAC, 60Hz, single-phase, 87 rpm, 2.4 fla, Regular amperage draw 1.6 amps, standard 3-pin plug with 6 foot power cord, UL Recognized and CSA Certified.
• High Speed Motor Option for 1,000 lb kits only: 115VAC, 60Hz, single-phase, 152 RPM (drops total kit capacity to 700 lbs. max).
• NOTE: Single acting cylinders, power up and gravity down. Approximately 20 lbs. of weight per cylinder to retract properly.

4-Post Internal Mount Dyna-Lift Systems

The Internal Mount Dyna-Lift system is specifically designed to neatly fit inside 80/20, 3030 aluminum extrusions or 80x80, 90x90 Bosch aluminum extrusions (extrusions are NOT included and must be supplied by the customer).

To install: Slide the internally mounted Dyna-Lift hydraulic lifting cylinder down the middle of your aluminum extrusion legs. Then screw on the provided mounting plate to the bottom of the Dyna-Lift hydraulic cylinder. Attach the Mounting Plate and Dyna-Lift hydraulic cylinder to the aluminum extrusion with 4 (customer supplied) 5/16-18 screws. Internal Leg system features:

• Easily mounts inside most 3" by 3" extruded aluminum profiles (80/20, 3030 aluminum extrusions or 80x80, 90x90 Bosch aluminum extrusions).
• Perfect application for OEMs and Custom Machine Builders. Internally mounted cylinder neatly hides away unwanted outside obstructions.
• Lifting capacities up to 1,000 lbs., adjustment ranges available in: 6", 8", 10", 12" stroke. System ships fully charged ready to install.
• NOTE: Single acting cylinders, power up and gravity down. Approximately 20 lbs. of weight per cylinder to retract properly.
