The HMA is the ideal selection when precision handling and heavy weight factors come into play. This manipulator's parallel arm is articulated for all three rotation points with precision bearings. Safe, low-voltage, variable speed controls can be hand held, machine mounted or built into an ergonomically designed control station. The operator manually controls all horizontal movement and positioning. Vertical movement is proportionally controlled via a hydraulic cylinder.

The LMA is ideal for applications where speed and precision are key. The lightweight design of this arm allows for easy movement. This arm has optional air brakes that lock the unit in place when needed. This arm uses air to power pneumatic cylinders in order to do the lift. With precision metered control valves, you can use one of our many handle designs to get accurate vertical movement. All rotation joints use precision bearings in order to provide smooth manipulator movement. The capacity of these units ranges up to 500 pounds including the tooling weight.

This (ABA) Air Balancer Arm was designed to lift up 75 pound boxes in a low headroom application. The tool has an extended handle with two sets of controls to keep the operators in a good ergonomic position when the boxes are placed at the top or bottom level. The tool has an interlocking control to prevent the accidental release of the part in mid-air. This arm is under 10 foot tall and can load boxes up to 73 inches.

Super Jib Manipulator (SJM)

The SUPERJIB is lightweight jib that has a virtually unlimited amount of vertical travel. The customer has their choice of hoist to control the vertical movement. From an air balancer, VFD hoist, air hoist, or intelligent zero gravity hoist, the customer has the option to determine the control. This is a great arm for reaching into machines and paint line loading and unloading. With its lightweight design and optional high speed hoist, this is truly a super jib.

Ergonomic Partners pneumatic manipulator uses air power to maneuver loads up to 1,100 pounds. The EMA's lift cylinder uses compressed air for vertical lifting positioning.

With up to 850 pounds capacity, Ergonomic Partners Straight Vertical Lift Cylinder is ideal for straight line transfer, over-the-assembly line handling and reach-in operations when combined with an overhead rail system.

The Ergonomic Partners VLC is designed with a pneumatic lift cylinder or electric chain hoist. This lift cylinder provides smooth, controlled lift with the flexibility of off-center loading. Control circuits and auxiliary/optional components mount on the cylinder case, keeping the tooling and operator sight lines free of obstructions. The SVL straight vertical lifter can be mounted on a dual monorail or on a double girder overhead crane. The overhead cranes are fabricated by Ergonomic Partners and can be manual push pull systems or electrically powered with VFD's.

ATA - Articulated Torque Arm

Ergonomic Partners ATA – Articulated Torque Arm is a combination of our VLC and our articulated jib crane. This can be used for lightweight power tool holding applications, or can be used to lift offset loads at the end of an arm.  When a straight vertical lift is required, this is an ideal solution. Optional air operated brakes allow the customer to work on the suspended load without the hassle of a drifting load.

TTA - Torque Tool Arm

Ergonomic Partners Torque Tool Arm (TTA) absorbs shock, torsional forces, and impact force from power tools; therefore, reducing carpal tunnel injury and cumulative trauma disorders.

The Reach-In-Arm (RIA) combines the engineering of our EMA and LMA to provide an agile low headroom arm that is perfect for reaching under overhead clearances to place a load. This is particularly useful in CNC and Machine loading applications. This pneumatic manipulator is designed for low headroom applications that require extended reach and handles loads up to 400 pounds.

The RIA acts as an extension of the operator's arm. It protects expensive payloads, speeds up handling and can reach long distances in headroom-restricted areas. The arm has the ability to rotate up to 360 degrees. This arm gives the operators ability to stand to the side of machine for operation, allowing for the maximum amount of extended reach.
