The tool streamlines the straight transferring process improving productivity and enhancing operator safety. The tool features a UHMW padded pivoting mechanical trap grip hook that firmly holds the stack of rotors in place. The pivot or pitch is pneumatically operated allowing operators to release the stacks once they are securely placed onto racks. The tools controls utilize a force sensing hub and handlebar with buttons positioned high and low for the hook’s pitch / pivot release, and float mode controls. The tool is integrated with a Gorbel Easy Arm and G-Force smart hoist using our gripper safety circuit to prevent operators from releasing the stacks of rotors in mid-air.

This work positioner allows employees to clamp, lift, and rotate large dead front electrical panels for performing sub assembly processes in an ergonomic, quick, and easy way. This custom pneumatic tool lifts, grips, and rotates kegs. The tool has adjustable grip jaws that can lift Mini Kegs, Quarter Barrel Kegs, Half Barrel Kegs and Slim Quarter Kegs. It has a fully automatic and integrated center of gravity shifter that keeps the tool and kegs perfectly level to the floor. The floating handle keeps the operator at a comfortable ergonomic position while raising or lowering the kegs; and our Gripper Safety Circuit prevents the operator from accidentally pressing the release button and dropping the kegs in mid-air.

We designed and built this tool to grip, lift, and 90-dgree pitch parts for loading a lathe. The tool features our floating ergonomic handlebar with grip/release, proportional up/down, and momentary pitch up/down controls.
