What are the Benefits of Tool Assembly Systems?

As an ergonomic company we focus on making life on the operator a little easier. A torque arm transfers the reaction of air and electric powered screwdrivers, nut runners, tappers and hand drills to the arm. Also, torque reaction arms support the weight of the tool, reducing the burden on the operator to constantly support a tool all day. They keep the drill driver tool in alignment with the fastener and work piece. This eliminates cross threading, broken bits, screw head burrs and out of square fasteners. It keeps expensive tools from being dropped or misplaced; and reduces drilling and tapping cycle times.

Ergonomic Tool Arms (ETA) are available in several styles. The most common models are tool arms for assembly where there is repetitive drilling and tapping. The standard torque arm comes with the ability to float the tool and reduce torque. ETA also provides tool support systems that can be mounted overhead.
