Through the Nutting Rapid Ship program, we offer three distinct configurations—Stationary Skids, Mobile Carts, and Towable Trailers—available with approximately 30-day lead times and backed by a 3-Year Manufacturer's Warranty.

Order Picker Platforms (Stationary Skids)

The stationary platform (or skid) is designed for dedicated applications where the unit rarely leaves the order picker or is moved strictly by forklift. It features rigid legs instead of casters, providing maximum stability during high-level picking operations.

• Best Application: Dedicated order picking vehicles or temporary staging areas.
• Interface: Designed to be securely grabbed by electric order pickers or standard forklifts.

Mobile Order Picker Carts

Mobile carts offer the flexibility to move goods manually once they reach the ground level. Equipped with high-quality industrial casters and ergonomic push handles, these units allow operators to wheel the picked product directly to packing stations without waiting for a forklift.

• Best Application: Picking operations that require manual transport to packing/shipping areas.
• Maneuverability: Caster steer configuration (2 rigid, 2 swivel) for tight cornering.

Towable Order Picker Trailers

For high-volume distribution centers, the towable trailer configuration connects the picking process with the transport process. These units feature an A-Frame tow hitch, allowing them to be hitched into a tugger train immediately after being lowered from the order picker.

• Best Application: Large facilities using tugger train systems to move batch-picked orders.
• Hitch Type: A-Frame with Hook for secure towing.
• Furniture Handling: The 48x96 inch deck options are ideal for supporting sofas, cabinetry, and other large home goods.
